Do you dream of a career at sea and have no prior experience in maritime shipping? Experienced instructors will train you for the MBO level 2 SMBW diploma in approximately 19 weeks. After successfully completing the exams, proficiency test, STCW training, and practical vocational training (BPV), you can apply for the navigation license for a second mate up to 500 GT or a second engineer on vessels with less than 3000 kW of propulsion power. The navigational area is limited to near the Dutch coast.
