Shift leader (watch supervisor)
You lead the staff in different shifts/teams to ensure that the work process runs safely and efficiently. You coordinate the handover between the shifts working in a rotating schedule. You are responsible for ensuring that all incoming shifts receive the necessary information. You have knowledge of the work processes and can step in if needed.
