The field is evolving. With the rise of the internet, the customer’s orientation and purchasing process are changing. Customers are becoming increasingly savvy and demanding. To adapt, companies must adjust their sales processes and build relationships with potential customers in entirely new ways. This requires a different type of salesperson. More than ever, companies need proactive individuals with broad knowledge of sales applications and expertise in the buying and selling process, who can also respond to the flexibility demands of consumers.
The full-time Sales & Account Management program addresses these changes. After an initial orientation to the field, you'll quickly start working on solving practical issues. How do you find, acquire, and retain customers? A good salesperson stands out through their skills and attitude. Therefore, you’ll not only learn about the buying and selling process but also develop your sales skills, sales attitude, and personal growth. You'll receive the tools to bring out the best in yourself, both at school and through interactions with companies in sales experiences and internships. The study is based on the stages of the sales process: Marketing, Sales, and Aftersales. In the second year, you will delve into Customer Experience Management, Key Account Management, and Sales Leadership. You’ll graduate on a sales topic of your choice.
