You want to understand how organizations work and you have a broad interest. In a rapidly changing world, you help companies to grow and change. From day one, you start working with real practical challenges; you investigate what's going on, come up with solutions, and present them to the organization. The knowledge you acquire, you apply immediately. The future business administrator helps companies to operate in a more sustainable, cleaner and smarter way, while simultaneously growing financially. In the first year, you learn to understand how organizations create value and the meaning of value. In the second year, you learn to change organizations. For example, you learn how to increase profits by circulating waste. In your third year, you do an internship, areas of expertise come together, and you advise companies as a real consultant. Your final year focuses on an (international) minor and graduating.
You learn in practice, as our education is linked to business. Each subject starts with a practical situation, which combines theory and skills. Expert teachers guide you towards your development as an independent professional. During your studies, you deal a lot with regional companies. After your education, you can work in various sectors: in a policy, advisory or consultancy role in (international) business, at startups, and in government.
